Job Description:

Site Corporate Services Registered Mechanical Engineer or Professional Mechanical Engineer will handle the following:
•Oversees the dry/wet mechanical planning, design, reconfiguration, construction, maintenance, and alteration of equipment, machinery, facilities systems, buildings, and structures.
•Develops professional and technical solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgment.
•Supports the Maintenance & Operations group in development, improvement and implementation by the following:
oDevelopment and implementation of PDM (Predictive Maintenance) programs
oImplementation of PEMS (Proactive Excursion Management System) and QMS (Quality Management System) programs for facilities and utilities systems
oImplementation of Enercon, Watercon, LEAN, and, Utility Conservation programs
oImplementation of CMP and/or SIPP programs
oImplementation of Construction SPGC (Small Projects General Contractors)
oOwn system capacity management
oOwn testing and Commissioning
•Acts as Liaison to PEZA and other appropriate regulatory agencies in terms of plant mechanical systems aspects
•Responsible for the ongoing physical maintenance and safety of the building and its facilities and support systems
•Responds to customer/client requests or events as they occur
•Responsible in signing documents in behalf of Numonyx in terms of site mechanical systems designs, base build and retrofit drawings summoned by various regulatory agencies in the Philippines

Qualifications and Experience
•With minimum of 8 years experience in semiconductor facilities group as a Mechanical Designer or Sustaining Mechanical Engineer
•Experience in gases, chemical, RODI system a plus
•Expertise in HVAC, Exhaust, and PCW systems a plus
•Must be a Professional Mechanical Engineer or a Registered Mechanical Engineer
•If only a Registered Mechanical Engineer, candidate must be willing to take needed actions to being a Professional Mechanical Engineer within his/her 2 years timeframe in Numonyx tenure
•Must have leadership skills to manage working with outsourcing group, suppliers, manufacturing, and management teams.
•Must be willing to work in Gen. Trias, Cavite & on shifting schedules if applicable
