You will be helping customers resolve technical issues related to their internet connection as you represent one of our major US clients. Utilize your problem solving and analytical skills as you identify issue causes and walk through a step by step solution with your client or escalate 2nd level issues as needed. Requirements:
Graduate of a 4-5 year course or;
Graduate of a 2 year Vocational Tech Course or;
Undergrad with at least two years relevant work experience.
Experienced in DSL Technical Support

Analytical and problem solving ability
Ability to develop great people interaction and communication skills
