Technical Support Representatives
at Ms. Kath in National Capital Region
Responsibility:
-Provide on the phone technical support to customers
Requirements:
Candidates must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree of any course (graduates of IT are required)
Candidates must be able to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
Candidates should have a clear understanding of computing hardware and storage devices. They must also have the basic knowledge of data backup and networking.
Applicants must be willing to work in: SHAW/SUCAT/PASAY
Previous Technical Support experience in a call center setting is an advantage.
