Systems Administrator (Sr./Jr)

Job Description:
•Reporting to Team Leader, primary role is to manage active directory, exchange server, database server, file server, back up server, web server and monitoring of activities in the servers
•Respond ro contracted Systems Administration functions for assistance by providing on-site services such as but not limited to:
1.Diagnosis,troubleshooting, testing and repair of server
2.Unpacking, installation and testing new servers
3.Installation and removal of equipment, management of inventory database, and testing of servers for movements
4.Monitoring of health of servers and uptime
•Refer unresolved cases to the Team Leader and/ or Service Delivery Manager for proper disposition
•Classifies and record incidents into the Problem Management System and escalate if ever necessary
•Provide feedback to the customer's internal customer regarding status of requests for assistance through proper channels
•Document repairs, recoveries or deliveries of servers
•Generate regular ad hoc reports
•Transmit maintenance reports
•Maintain records of daily activities, service reports and job orders
•Other server-related tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the Team Leader and / or Service Delivery Manager
Job Qualifications:
•Bachelor's/ College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
•With Certification as Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, MCP
•Adept in managing and administering Linux and Windows server environment
•At least 2 years working experience in the related field is required for this position
•Open for shifting schedule
