at NEW-FIELDS ASIA PACIFIC in National Capital Region
Accounts/Sales Team Leader
Responsibilities:
• Will be responsible for leading a sales team to achieve sales targets
• Train, coach sales associates to achieve desired output from team members
• Leads generating activities – gather list of companies which are traditionally participating in various conferences and focus on the assigned industry and territory/country.
• Assure that the team addresses all relevant issues within the specifications and various standards
• Provide necessary business information
• Initiate sub-groups or sub-teams as appropriate to resolve issues and perform tasks in parallel
• Ensure deliverables are prepared to satisfy the project requirements, cost and schedule
• Help keep the team focused and on track
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess the quality of a success driven individual
• With solid working experience in marketing, sales or business development or any related field preferably gained from service, insurance, advertising, publishing, business-to-business marketing
• Excellent in verbal and written communication skills.
• Open to night shift schedule
• Female preferably not over 35 years old
