Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for coaching and driving the whole sales team in achieving high conferences attendance to international business leaders and executives.
• Develop management strategies and implementation plans and programs to identify business worldwide.
• Ensure the execution of the project of NFAP and outreach-related plan of activities in order to attain the sales target of the company.
• Monitor and evaluate the committed sales target.
• Over all in charge of the incoming projects and sales.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess the quality of a success driven individual
o With solid working experience in marketing, sales or business development or any related field preferably gained from service, insurance, advertising, publishing, business-to-business marketing
• Good in verbal and written communication skills.
• Open to shifting schedule (Saturday and Sunday off)
• Female preferably not over 35 years old
• Must display commitment to work both to individual and team’s performance
