RESPONSIBILITIES:
Successfull candidates will handle the following:
*Provide resolutions to problems they may encounter with their GPS units*Resolve issues through a real time troubleshooting
*Facilitate repair request of GPS units
*Provide customer any relevant information about GPS Units
REQUIREMENTS:*Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate in any field, preferably Engineering/Computer related courses
*Average to Good verbal and written communication skills
*Can communicate with customers at various technical levels
*PC Experience – Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista
*PC hardware/Software troubleshooting experience is a plus
*Experience handling escalated issues/customer (irate)
*Excellent call control ability
*Excellent customer service skills
*Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas
*Applicants must be willing to work on shifting schedules including graveyard
*Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status
*Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
