Outbound Call Center Agents - Dayshift - for UK Account
(National Capital Reg - Makati City)
Responsibilities:
o Agents are responsible in generating leads / appointment setting for an investment company based in UK.
o No selling is required.
o Monetary incentive on top of salary awaits performing agents.
o Agent's schedule is restricted to Day Shift, 3pm to 12mn, Mondays to Fridays.
o Salary starts from PHP 14000 to PHP 18000 depending on qualifications and performance rating.
Requirements:
o Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), any field.
o Required skill(s): Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, Telesales.
o Excellent command of the English language.
o Above average communication and comprehension skills
o UK accent is an advantage but not required..
o Applicant must have at least three (3) months experience in a call center environment.
o 80 Full-Time positions available.
o Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
